the chillibeanmedia [cbm.] story:
what does ‘chillibeanmedia’ mean? the name ‘chillibeanmedia’ [rebranded to cbm. in 2024] is a homage to:
– ‘chilli’/Chile, the place of birth of our founder and CEO, Carlos Aguilera.
– ‘bean’, first child that Carlos and his wife, Merran lost in 2015.
– ‘media’, the vessel for telling stories.

I’m Carlos Aguilera and I am the founder and CEO of cbm.. I started cbm. because I wanted to help increase the impact of charities around the world. why charities? because they are heroes in my eyes.
today, I am grateful that our data-driven marketing and fundraising brilliance is converting visitors into supporters and helping to raising millions for charities around the world.
at cbm. everything we do starts and ends with radical love of people. as a company we marry our brilliance [skills] with radical love. that’s our DNA. this is what makes us entirely unique as an agency.

I call Canberra home and whilst it may be the ‘official’ home of cbm. – we’re serving businesses and organisations around Australia and the world.
